In this tiny home tour, we share a brilliant 10' wide tiny house with a downstairs bedroom--a real master suite! Empty nesters, Traci and Matt were looking for opportunities to simplify their lives after the kids left home. So they decided to build a tiny house on wheels in their backyard and rent out their primary home. No more mortgage!

They're both carpenters by trade. Matt led the framing, and Traci did everything else.
