Crockpot Taco Hashbrown Casserole:

1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic (I use the kind that comes already minced in the jar)
1 oz packet taco seasoning
10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup (I linked the Ragu cheese sauce I used above in place of this)
30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
2 cups taco style cheese

Cook on HIGH for 2-2.5 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours
