Getting ready for the big shift in seasons here in the mountains. I chose to tackle the fallen pine tree, as it was inconveniently in the way of one of the main walking paths on the property. In the future, I hope to create all of my own firewood using proper technique all around (with an earlier start and better wood). We did find another option for firewood at this point, so I can begin to rest in that regard.
