Here's a video giving a descriptive detail of what we did to fix our issues. This truck was running really rough and would throw random codes sometimes when we would clear the codes other codes would pop up that didn't exist before and it wasn't consistent. Other signs were hard start, rough idle, lack of power, the truck would stall and not start back up unless you let it sit for a while etc. An example of codes are P115A, U0155, P0237, P0263, P0275, U0306, P0677, P1633, P0677 etc..

We changed out the body harness which is the harness that goes above the Turbo. What had happened is over time the wiring harness had melted and fused itself together causing it to give mixed signals and short out. Since they do not make this harness anymore you may be better off cutting out the section of wiring that's bad and splicing in new wiring one wire at a time.

Other problems we had was a fuel contamination issue. The symptoms of both problems were similar. For the issue with a fuel contamination pull out your fuel filters and see what kind of crap you have in them and also take a look at the fuel inside the filter housing to see what it looks like. If it appears you have an issue change the filters and see if it will correct the issue and also flush what parts of the system out you can. If this doesn't solve it you may have to start changing out components of your fuel system.

Hope this video helps someone who may be facing the same issue.
