In today’s furniture makeover video, I am giving this thrifted desk a gorgeous transformation. I love turning trash to treasure and this desk was trashed. I had to strip all the old paint off using Citristrip. Then primed and painted it. I used Dixie Bell’s chalk mineral paint in two colors to give it a gorgeous blend. I stained the top in a rich Walnut color and revived the hardware with bronze and gold gilding waxes. I added Dixie Bell’s best dang wax to the corner of the drawer fronts and the gorgeous WoodUBend appliques.
