This was the local footage capture of the earlier stream test of the new intro I created using After Effects and Premiere. The original capture was 120Mbps, but the new reencoding was done in H.265 1440p60 @ 90Mbps, then uploaded here in order to test the 1080p60 performance, as 1440p videos seem to be held to a different compression standard than 1080p videos do.


The result? A cleaner video, especially during gameplay. The direct stream is nice, but it caps out at 35Mbps, as that's the maximum upstream bandwidth I can safely provide without resulting in frame drops, stuttering, and buffering. The 1080p recorded footage upload is also nice, but the compression YT puts it through results in some brutal artifacting and pixelation, most noticeable during moments of high-speed movement.
