In today’s video I’m sharing a story about a client and her dad’s estate plan. After seeing an estate planning attorney his estate plan documents were changed. His daughter who was getting 100 percent of the estate was now only getting 50 percent. The son and the daughter were to get 50 percent each. In actuality though, it was an accident. It wasn't even intended to be that way, but the documents ended up that way. So if you’ve been in a similar situation, would you challenge this estate plan?
