It is time to move my turkeys, who have been by themselves, into a new pen with the pigs! It is surprisingly easy to move turkeys mostly because they are such docile birds. The piglets are growing in size and independence and are super cute. KuneKune's are really great homestead pigs and pets due to their temperament. It is a conundrum how to feed the pigs and turkeys in the same pen. They both need their own food but the pigs are stubborn and relentless in going after the turkey food. Paw Paw will not leave the turkeys alone and even put their tail feathers in his mouth, but he isn't being aggressive so it looks like things will work out.....hopefully.
