Very fluffy and soft milk bread with cottage cheese | A simple recipe, I cook it every day
Ingredients:
250ml warm milk
50g sugar
40g butter
40ml vegetable oil
1 pcs egg
7g dry yeast
500g flour
For the filling:
200g cottage cheese
1 piece egg white
50g sugar
For lubricate:
1pcs egg yolks
1 tablespoon milk
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes!
