Follow along as we take our Toyota 4Runner on its last overlanding trip in the stunning Colorado wilderness. This video captures a spontaneous camping trip spurred by our need to get outdoors with friends. Selling our dream car to pursue full-time RV living isn’t easy, but the 4Runner towing capacity is too low for our dream rig.

First off, check out our friend's music (2nd song in video): https://andergrant.bandcamp.com/releases

This weekend getaway was spent hiking to a beautiful alpine lake (Megan’s Lake) and camping in a backcountry site in San Isabel National Forest in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of Colorado (only a few hours south of Rocky Mountain National Park). We’ll miss the off-roading specs of the 4x4 TRD Off-Road, but it sure was nice to take in the spectacular scenery for one last remote camping trip.

Make sure to follow along as we make the transition from city life to full-time RV living while we work from the road and travel the US!
