This two story house was designed with a Trane single stage two zone HVAC system which is not the best design. Removing the old unit and installing two new Gree heat pump split systems one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. These Gree units are variable speed which are great for energy consumption and overall efficiency. This was a fun project ripping out all the ductwork and installing the new equipment.
