Max was born and raised in Newport Beach, went to schools in the Newport-Mesa school district, graduated from Corona Del Mar High School and studied business at USC. He is a businessman and consultant, has experience building financial technology companies and is a fiscal conservative. Max lives in Costa Mesa and works in Newport Beach.
