Welcome to our van build series! We’re so excited to be starting the process of converting our 2019 Ford Transit cargo van to a tiny home on wheels! We thought this first part of our build would be simple but already, things are going wrong and each step seems to take way longer than we anticipated. - 19/32" CAT BC PINE ULX EXT sanded plywood
- Dow R-3 0.55-in x 4-ft x 8-ft polystyrene (XPS) foam board insulation
- Loctite PL 300 Foamboard VOC latex construction adhesive
- Gorilla tape
- Toggle bolts
- T-nuts
- Stainless steel bolts
- Various drill bits: spade bit, hole saw drill bit, etc.
- Hacksaw blade
- Jigsaw
- Circular saw
- Utility knife and X-Acto knife
