Almost two weeks away from my bikini competition and my coach has switched me from IIFYM to a meal plan. And honestly, her meals are a lot more creative than mine have been. Plus it's super nice to just follow what she's put in MyFitnessPal for me.

But this does mean no Whole30 just yet. But those videos are still going to happen! For now, I'm enjoying my gluten-free bread and protein powder.

For this week's video, I did something a little different. I decided to just edit my whole meal prep from Sunday so you guys can see how I put it all together. (I didn't time it because I was also busy doing homework). Then at the end of the video, I went through every meal that I eat in a day. I do eat 6 meals a day but that's just what works for me. Hopefully you guys get some fun gluten-free meal prep ideas. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below and I'm happy to answer them!
