falooda is my favorite dessert and when it is paired with mango it becomes the best dessert for summer. what is your favorite dessert recipe for summer?

RECIPE
for mango malai kulfi
milk 2 litre
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 cup (add more or less as required)
corn starch 1 tbsp
milk 1/4 cup
- in a pan add milk and bring it to a boil. once it's boiling reduce the heat to low and let it cook until it reduce by half, stir it continuously to prevent the milk from sticking. once the milk reduced by half , add sugar and let it dissolve completely. now take around 1 cup of rabdi (thick milk ) for later use. combine corn starch and milk in a bowl and add it to the milk. cook it until it thickens. remove it from the heat and let it cool down, once it's cool down add mango puree and mix it well . transfer the kulfi mixture into molds.
let it freeze overnight.

for falooda sev
water 1+1/4 cup
corn starch 1/2 cup
sharbat syrup 2 tbsp or sugar
ice water
- combine syrup and water. you can use any flavor sharbat syrup of your choice. now add it to corn starch and mix it well. now add the corn starch mixture to a pan and cook it on medium flame while continuously starring.
when mixture becomes translucent transfer it to a mold. now carefully pipe the mixture on to ice bath and after a minute sev will set in the ice water and falooda sev is ready.

for assembling the falooda
falooda sev
rabdi
soaked sabja or basil seed
mango kulfi
mint for garnish
