In this episode I show you how to smoke beef ribs. I prep the beef ribs in a similar fashion as brisket - hot sauce (or olive oil), kosher salt, and steak seasoning. I don't sauce the beef ribs because like a good steak, I don't think it needs any. But if you want to put sauce on the ribs, do so the last 10 minutes of cooking.
I used 100% hardwood lump charcoal with apple and cherry wood chunks for smoke.
