There is a high chance of flooding this week for parts of Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Rain and thunderstorms will lift from the south and some areas could get over 100 mm of rain (or 4 inches). Isolated flooding is a concern by rivers and streams, and river crossings. Please be safe.

Near the Bahamas, and area of low pressure (storm system) will form late this week. It could become a tropical storm or subtropical storm. If it does, it would get the name Arlene. Monitoring closely.
