This is the third of a series of videos where I will share with you my progression on finding the best way to make the most tasty iced pour over coffee or Japanese style iced coffee.
In this episode I wanted to focused on how to make the iced pour over even stronger and more versatile. With the help of a metal ice ball I'm able to achieve a coffee that is colder and less diluted great to drink on it's own, with tonic water or milk. The idea is to never compromise the coffee extraction and been able to create a new level of cold drink to enjoy in the hot summer days.
