Blueberry jam / compote.
(You can also ad a tea spoon of chia seeds to further thicken it up) Squish 2 cups of blueberries and place in a small pan. Cook on low heat until the blueberries reduce and thicken. Add some sugar and lemon juice to taste. I used the whole lemon and 1,5 tbs of sugar.
