Hi, my name is Nicole and welcome to my channel.

This is a video about what my extreme minimalist kitchen looks like. It's suited for myself and my toddler and the occasional guess or two.

I recently brought paper straws and don't think I will be buying them again.

I don't know if we will use the ice blocks this spring/summer. I got them for another lunch box but when we decluttered that, I kept the blocks. Do I need 2? Do I need 1? I don't know.

I also feel uncertain about the stacking Joesph Joesph bowls and measuring spoons.
Even when I am eating healthier, I still tend to barely grab them as I am an eye-view kinda person. I do use the big and small bowls plus the strainer and sometimes the 1 cup tool but nothing else.

I hate owning so much carpet cleaner, but it is what it is until it isn't anymore.

I keep trying to experiment living without sugar and caffeine and therefore a toaster and kettle.

I hate having stuff out, even if it's better that way. Sometimes my desires and my actual life gets in the way of one another. The best thing I can hope for at the moment, is that I put stuff out that is not meant to be out as soon as possible.
