Well... it's finally time. I decided to share the story of what my local Ford dealership did to my Bronco while it was in their shop for warranty work and recalls. It's insane to recap these interactions and walk through it all again.

A big reminder - Although these things suck I DO know that it could always be much worse and that we're just talking about possessions here and not anything too impactful. There's still just this overall sense of longing for truly GOOD service in the automotive industry that's so hard to come by these days.
