Today I'm making Malaysian sweet and sour fried fish that is a popular dish that combines the flavors of sweetness, tanginess and spiciness which is uniquely Malaysian with crispy fried fish. In this recipe I added half of bunga kantan that gives the nice fragrant to the dish. Let's try this recipe and let me know how the taste is.

Ingredients:
✏️1kg - Seabass
✏️Pinch of Tumeric powder
✏️Pinch of salt
✏️Rice flour
(Sliced the fish)

Pound with Pestle & Mortar:
✏️Pinch of salt
✏️Pinch of Tumeric Powder
✏️4 nos - Shallots (Sliced)
✏️30-40g - Ginger
✏️6 cloves - Garlic (smashed)
✏️3 nos - Lemon grass
✏️½ nos - Ginger torch Flower

Sauce:
✏️3 tbsp - Chili paste
✏️1 nos - Yellow Onions
✏️10 nos - Cherry Tomato
✏️4 tbsp - Cili sauce
✏️3 tbsp - Ketchup
✏️1tbsp - Oyster Sauce
✏️1 tbsp - Fish Sause
✏️½ cup - Water
✏️2 tbsp - Vinegar
✏️Pinch of Sugar
✏️Pinch of salt
✏️Fresh Coriander (Garnish)
