The guys invite Sergeant John Lightfoot, into the studio who is a 17 year veteran of a full time SWAT team and has 24 years total as a police officer. John breaks down the story of a 2012 hostage situation at a Jack In The Box, where he and another sniper took a fatal shot at the armed hostage taker to save a hostage. John is currently the Police Academy Commander and gives some tips on how to survive the academy and common mistakes recruits make to fail.
