HAYAA | MODESTY - THE forgotten PIECE OF HIJAB - Salam all, this is my take on the direction that our idea of modesty and hijab is taking and some tips for us all on how we can improve inshallah.

Trying to be modest is the really hard these days. But in this video, i'm talking about all aspects of modesty for example modest clothing especially were the deen is concerned but more importantly having modesty in behaviours.
When people talk about hijab nowadays, rarely do you hear them talk about modesty in behaviour neither do they talk about hijab or modesty for men. I hope we can get a conversation going about how we improve our sense of haya/modesty in our behaviour and shift hijab from just being about modesty in our clothing.



FYI - I am not in any way a sheikha, nor would I consider myself a student of knowledge. I have such a long way to go with my hijab and development as a person and in my deen. I'm just your average Muslim woman trying to better herself.
