Quite recently, Phil Spencer sat down with IGN to speak about Halo, the situation involving 343's layoffs, and the future of the franchise as well as the studio. In short, 343 is the "heart of Halo," he dodged the 10-year plan question, and seems to believe in the new plan proposed by the team. I would love to be a believer, but after 4 Halo titles with their own laundry list of issues; I don't feel this is a future worth believing in. What say you?
