Changing the transmission fluid and filter on my 2019 Silverado 1500 8L90 8-speed transmission.

Owner’s manual recommends service at 45,000 mile intervals. Fluid and filter.

Mobil1 Synthetic LV ATF HP 7.5 quarts (estimated for pan change only)
OEM trans filter: part # 24298900
OEM trans pan gasket: part # 24260071

Tools:
1/4” ratchet
10mm long and short socket
1/4” in-lb torque wrench
1/4” extension
Fluid pump with fill hose
A large/wide oil pan
