Make a Wellington, they said. It’ll be fun, they said! No chateaubriand?? No problem? Got some venison loin, got an Australian wagyu deckle block, make it happen!

I’ve never made ANY Wellington before. So this entire process was new to me. All just one, big (well, miniature) lengthy and tedious experiment!

Did I succeed??
