NECESSARY MATERIALS

1 teaspoon of salt (10 grams).
5.5 cups of flour (660 grams).

For the filling;
Cheddar cheese (80 grams).

For sauce;
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams).
Half a glass of rice flour (60 grams).
1 teaspoon (5 grams) of granulated sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt (5 grams).
2 tablespoons of olive oil (20 ml).
Half a glass of water (100 ml).

Bake in a preheated 210 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
