When we skate , muscles get tight and irritated and joints get beaten up and immobile because the muscle tissue cant tolerate the forces and demands being placed on them. Carefully curated strength exercises specific to skating are the way to build up tolerance and bridge the gap between the rehabilitation process and the unpredictable and harsh environment of skateboarding.
