Oil for Frying

Brine/Marinade:
1 Quart Buttermilk
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice or pickle juice
1 packet sazon
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
Original and Hot AP Seasoning (use whatever your favorite seasoning blend is)
1 Egg
(Marinade chicken for 2-24 hours)

Hot Honey Garlic Sauce:
3-4 tbsps butter
1/4 cup honey
1.5 cups hot sauce
3-4 cloves minced garlic

Breading:
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn starch (optional)
Sazon
Chicken Bouillon Powder
All Purpose and Old Bay
