Exotic Components are a rare crafting material used to upgrade Exotic weapons in The Division 2. They can only be obtained by deconstructing other Exotic weapons.

To upgrade an Exotic weapon, you will need to have one Exotic Component and the required amount of other crafting materials. You can check the requirements for upgrading a specific Exotic weapon by viewing its blueprint in the Crafting Station menu.

Once you have all of the required materials, simply go to the Crafting Station and select the Exotic weapon you want to upgrade. Then, click the "Upgrade" button.

Upgrading an Exotic weapon will increase its gear score and improve its stats. It will also make the weapon eligible for further upgrades.
