This video is just my announcement of the new series explaining the ocean tides, with an outline of how I'm planning to shape it. Unfortunately I will have to start out with an attempt to make a an unattractive sounding concept (differential gravitational attraction) more tangible. I feel I must do this because, in my opinion, a majority of people never pass this obstacle, stick with mistaken notions and are consequently not aware of the true nature of the tidal phenomenon. I hope I can do something to change that.
