super inexpensive and almost no work !
here is what you need :
1-2 cauliflower heads ( deoence how much you want , I used 1.5 )
2/3 tsp nutmeg
if you like Boulion to cook the tiny rosettes in
salt and pepper to taste
about 1 cubs heavy wipping cream or milk
1-2 tsp corn starch
about 2 cubs of diced cooked ham
about 2 cubs of cheese , any cheese you like
butter for flakes
and an oven dish casserole
