Ann Fenech was invited to address the 5th Adriatic Maritime Law Conference on Thursday 26th June. She was one of the introductory speakers at an event bringing together the Italian, Croatian and Slovenian Maritime law Associations. She spoke on the Draft Convention on the International Effects of Judicial Sales which is on the Agenda of the 55th meeting of UNCITRAL on the 27th of June 2022 in New York.
