Geoff showcases the abundance of crops flourishing at the end of winter 2024 during a tour of one of the main production areas at the Greening the Desert Project, Jordan. From the lush greenery lining the driveway to the bustling activity of Muscovy ducks in the food forest, there's a wealth of life to discover.

Amidst the serene surroundings, we encounter a production fish pond teeming with tilapia thriving in their aquaponic ecosystem. The journey continues as we arrive at one of the primary production gardens. As Geoff wanders through the garden beds, we're greeted by an abundance of tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, celery, plus plenty of herbs. The diversity of crops demonstrates the potential for backyard gardens to yield bountiful harvests.

With each harvest, we're reminded of the simple joys of growing and consuming fresh, nutritious food straight from the garden. Join us as we celebrate the abundance of nature and the nourishment it provides for both body and soul.
