This video I go over my 1989 Camaro's climate controls, where to find the vacuum lines under the hood and where they are behind the dash. Also where the hot cold door flaps are located to check if they are working or not. And how to fix the plastic rubber diaphragm. This will stop any hiss or hissing noise that you may hear.
