Here's a short demo of a motorized lego cart tipper I made to tip mini bins. I ended up making a Heil type tailgate to mount the tipper on just for looks. The packer is stationary and is only for looks. It works on all American style mini bins except for the 35 gal. Rehrigs which are in a different larger scale than all the other bins.
