The last few weeks have been rough. I’ve slowly slipped back into old restrictive eating disorder habits and as a result, I’ve lost weight. I weighed myself again and seeing the number threw me back into old habits resulting in restriction and binging. I’m trying to be as open and honest as possible. Recovery is NOT always easy. Eating disorders are rough. Especially around the holidays if you are struggling, know you are not alone.

Ed weight loss can be hard because it might be something you feel pride over. My struggle with an ed includes weight loss and binge eating. Eating disorder weight loss can bring mixed emotions. Weight loss and binge eating often go hand in hand. Eating disorder recovery relapse is a common, yet difficult thing, to deal with.
