If you see a smoker as just someone with a ‘bad habit’ you’ll find them tough to help - I'll explain why in this video.

I use the analogy of smoking addiction being like a doomed romance with a charming abuser, and I'll explain a few signs of an abusive relationship which also apply here. I also talk about how Stockholm Syndrome works, and what smokers have in common with those victims held captive in that Stockholm bank back in 1973.
