I used CRC GDI Intake Valve & Turbo CLEANER and just sprayed into the throttle body. Pretty easy, just go this pace with the engine at 2k rpm until the can is empty. Listen to engine and don't let it struggle too much. The first few sprays it will need more time to recovery. Once empty, idle for 1min and rev the engine to 3500 2-3 times. Turn off the engine and wait 1 hour. Finally go for a 10min+ highway drive. No wide open pulls just smooth and steady. Repeat the drives for the next week. For me the idle improve and the mpg improved a little. It just preventative maintenance.
