Local Businessman Blake Jensen is arriving at court for his hearing. As he pulls into the parking lot, he sees a woman standing in the only open parking space. She is talking on the phone and doesn't notice he is trying to park his car. Then, Mr. Jensen loses his patience and begins yelling at and berating the poor woman. Unfortunately for him, she just so happens to be the judge who is presiding over his case.
