I bring along a friend to go on what ended up being and overnight adventure back to the Idaho Spring area in Colorado. I wanted to go back to explore a few more trails that I didn't get to see last time I was there. We ended up visiting the Devils Slide Trestle and the Needles Tunnel that used to connect Denver and Salt Lake City via railway back in the late 1800s and early 1900s. After that we had to go check out the ruins of the old Pennsylvania Mine and Mill and the tram house to see all the historic abandoned ruins. It was awesome!
