Ed always knew he was meant to work in the skilled trades. He is a mentor who employs OYAP students, all of whom remain on his team. Ed reminds us that a lot of professional tradespeople are retiring. In order to ensure good quality trades work continues in the future, OYAP students need to be hired, supported, and kept interested.
