This is an 8 Hours long Brain Hemisphere Synchronization Track in Delta Phase Patterns.
I've created it around a 220 hz Carrier at a 0.5 hz interval for a deeper Sleep.

You can use this track without headphones and as a background vibration ON STEREO SPEAKERS. Cell phone speakers won't make it. If you want to get its full potential, use earbuds.

It was designed to help those who want to create personal inductions / lucid dreaming and connect with the superpower of their subconscient.

A DELTA Wave Pattern is a high amplitude brain wave with a frequency
of oscillation between 0.5–4 hertz. Like other
brain waves, are recorded with an electroencephalogram and
are usually associated with the deep stage 3 of sleep, also
known as slow-wave sleep (SWS), and aid in characterizing
the depth of sleep.

SUGGESTION OF HOW TO USE THIS:
In a quiet environment lay back in a comfortable position and let your brain get in sync with The Wave Pattern. Make sure not to put it too loud. Earbuds are the best for this purpose because it mutes most of the sounds from the environment.

Now you need to induce the subconscious mind, existing within you and in other dimensions than the flesh. The Power Of You !! Begin by clearing negative thoughts BEFORE you fall into a state of numbness that will eventually kick in. Don't stress over it by letting all go. Ask for the power of inner PEACE...... Then Imagine what you want in your reality with the feeling of accomplishment and gratitude. Like already done by living it in detailed in your imagination! That is how we induce the subconscious. Then, Observe later on in your Reality ...... You'll be Amazed !!
