Vinod is in charge of Uniphore's Developer Platform, which helps people in organizations turn their ideas into real projects. This platform makes it easier for regular users to create things without needing much technical knowledge, thanks to its simple, user-friendly tools and artificial intelligence.

Before working at Uniphore, Vinod was the Chief Operating Officer for Webex Customer Experience at Cisco. In 2014, he started a company called CloudCherry, which Cisco bought in 2019. This company helped businesses improve how they interact with customers. Before CloudCherry, he was one of the first members of a startup called MarketSimplified.

Vinod's early career was at sea, where he worked as a First Officer with Maersk Line. He spent nine years traveling the world on various ships before leaving the Merchant Navy.
