Recreating famous Japanese Shiroi Koibito Biscuits at home.
In today's attempt at recreating famous sweet treats and desserts, I decided to recreate one of my favourite biscuits: Shiroi Koibito which consists of a chocolate square sandwiched in between two crispy langue de chat biscuits. This is a fairly simple recipe that you can recreate at home, you'll need a couple of tools to give you that extra professional look!
