Before you buy a home get it inspected by a Certified Home Inspector who goes the extra mile for their clients. I check everything because the smallest detail can cost my client thousands of dollars in damage. In this video I’m not fouled by the big roof that has been installed properly. I still check the 8 plumbing stacks that penetrate through the roof and I was disappointed to find that they all leak.
