We have a new apple tree which we are excited to get planted but we also have plans to move our other trees which will affect when and where we plant it. So how do I look after a new bare root tree until I get it planted into its permanent place? And how will the winter weather affect that?
Yet again the cold snap and frozen ground has delayed our plans but today it's warm and the ground has defrosted so we are going to move our 5 trees, but as usual, mother nature isn't playing ball and we have a storm due to hit this afternoon, so we have to be quick.
