At first, the packaging looked familiar, then the pencils themselves... The Andstal master's colored pencils are only available at Aliexpress as far as I know: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/325680...
Let's take a look at them!

The Andstal Master set of 120 pencils (I guess that's what I will call them as there is no real brand name on the box) features vibrant saturated colors and a hard lead similar to Polychromos. The color numbers and pigment laydown and feel also match the Faber Castel Polychromos. I think it must be intentional to be so similar. The good thing is if you used up a color you could buy an open-stock Polychromos to replace it.

Pros:
Nice compact packaging
price (List $109 but the actual price has been around $60 with free USA shipping every time I have checked)
Good color variety
Colors match Polychromos so you could purchase single colors you ran out of easily
Very pigmented
Layers well

Cons:
Only available on aliexpress
No lightfast info

I also wanted to mention that the lead is hard like a Polychromos. they are too hard for the work I like to do but they are well pigmented so if you like hard pencils you will probably like these. If you like Polychromos you will definitely like these. I'm not sure I feel great about how close they copied Polychromos and it's weird that they don't have a brand name on the box but aside from that, I think they are a good pencil.
