Do you have oatmeal and banana? Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour.

Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
200 g oat flakes.
200 ml warm milk.
2 eggs.
3 tablespoons sweetener.
120g yogurt.
2 bananas.
50 g cranberries.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Butter.
Almond flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.

Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
30g walnuts.
40g oat flakes.
1 banana.
120ml water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.

Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
50g walnuts.
1 teaspoon sweetener.
1 apple.
100 ml water.
1 tablespoon butter.
Place in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Kiwi.

Recipe 4
200g nuts.
280g dates.
30g sesame seeds.
80g white chocolate.
20g dark chocolate.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
